At NWSL SHOP, we want you to represent your favorite team with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unwashed merchandise. Please note that personalized jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided at the end of the request process and attach it securely to your package.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
